How Do I Return an Item Purchased On Alliamart & What Is Alliamart Friendly Returns Policy?


At Alliamart, we understand how much you value your every purchase. And we are committed to making your shopping experience with us as delightful as possible.

We assure you that all products sold on Alliamart are brand new and 100% genuine. In case the product you received is 'Damaged', 'Defective' or 'Not as Described', our Friendly Returns policy has got you covered.

Possible resolution could be Replacement, Exchange (only for Apparel and Footwear) or Refund in case we are unable to provide a Replacement/Exchange. All this is backed by the 30 Days Replacement Guarantee for sellers with Alliamart Advantage, 30 Day Replacement Guarantee for all other sellers for Fashion & Books categories, and 15 Day Replacement Guarantee for all other categories from other sellers.

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY OF ALLIAMART

If you have received an item in a 'Damaged' or 'Defective' condition or it is 'Not as Described' by the Seller, you may request a replacement at no extra cost. Return Policy is Seller specific and terms may differ. Please check the respective Seller's policy when buying or before initiating a return for a replacement.

Replacement is subject to availability of stock with the Seller. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.

 

REQUIREMENTS FOR A VALID RETURN

1. It is within seven (7) days from the delivery date.

2. The item is in NEW condition. Clothing items must be unworn.

3. The item is in its ORIGINAL packaging, with all accessories intact (including warranty cards, manuals, certificates of authenticity, tags, etc.) Clothing items must have their original tags. Branded electronics and media items (Books, Software, DVDs, and Video games) must be unopened with seals intact.

4. If the item came with a free promotional item, then the promotional item must also be returned.

5. It is not a part of the list of exceptions (which we provide by mail).

6. It is accompanied with a complete RETURN FORM.

Note: All return items that are not accompanied by a completed paper copy of our return form will be automatically declined and sent back.

 

HOW TO RETURN  

1. Contact Alliamart Customer Service team to arrange a Alliamart pick- up. +8801911363688 or +09638330330,  and mail to support@alliamart.com

Please state your order number, the item(s) you would like to return, the reason (see below) and your preference in regards to replacement, voucher refund.

2. Alliamart will arrange for retrieval or, in case we do not serve your area directly, we will give you the necessary details to send the item back to us. The shipping cost will be reimbursed in case your return is valid.

3. Upon arrival in our warehouse, we will conduct a quality check of the item. If a return is invalid then we will notify you and send the item(s) back to you.

4. After this check, we will proceed with the refund.

Note: We cannot accept returns for defective items after 7 days since delivery. Should you detect any defect with the product and the time frame for returns has elapsed, please contact the manufacturer directly to handle any warranty issues. You can still of course contact us to help you find the right service center.

 

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

We will not accept returns for any of the following product types:

Return request is made outside the specified time frame.

- Product is damaged because of use or Product is not in the same condition as you received it.

- Specific categories like inner-wear, lingerie, socks and clothing freebies.

- Defective products which are covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

- Any consumable item which has been used or installed.

- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.

- Anything missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.

- Made-to-order / custom jewelry.

- Fragile items, hygiene related items.

 

REFUNDS

1. The refund will be processed after we have a completed evaluating your return.

2. In order to make the process as fast as possible, we will refund you via a voucher that can be used only on Alliamart. This voucher is valid for one year.

Please allow for 14 days for replacements or refunds counting from the date of retrieval or sending through (courier) before contacting us.

 

REPLACEMENT

EXCHANGE

We allow exchange on items such as Apparel and Footwear, where a trial is required to determine if the fit is right. You can exchange an item for the same product in the size/color of your choice.

We hope you understand that the product can only be used for trial and cannot be used, washed, ironed or tampered in any way. Please include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.

Exchange is subject to availability of stock with the Seller. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.

 

WHEN ARE REFUNDS PROVIDED

We work to provide the most hassle-free online shopping experience. You are covered and your money safe.

Refunds are issued when

- Seller / Merchant cannot provide replacement.

- In-line with Buyer Protection, when a dispute has been ruled in your favor.
